This page explains how to request the deletion of your GemDrop account and the data associated with it.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to support@gemdrop.app from the email address linked to your GemDrop account.
- Use the subject line "Delete my GemDrop account".
- We will verify your request and confirm by email once your account and associated data have been deleted or deidentified.
What data is deleted
Once your request is verified, we delete or deidentify the account data associated with your GemDrop account, including:
- Profile information
- Login credentials
- App activity
- Offer and reward history
- Related account records
Deleting your account may permanently remove your gems, reward balance, redemption history, and access to GemDrop services. Account deletion is irreversible — deleted data cannot be recovered.
What data may be retained
We may retain certain information where necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or regulatory compliance reasons. Any retained records are kept only for as long as necessary to meet those obligations.
Anonymized or aggregated analytics data that can no longer identify you may also be retained.
